Drosera Filiformis
A temperate sundew, these are very easy growing and have green carnivorous leaves to capture their prey. These grow very tall and look incredibly sparkly with all their dew.
Arrives in 6cm pot, some dew may not be present on the leaves after transit. This is very common but they will re - dew quickly.
Keep in full sun and water from the bottom with rain water, ideal in an unheated greenhouse.
These go dormant in winter and will die completely back until spring, where they quickly emerge and grow again. These will form a hibernaculum which will protect them from frost all through winter and will emerge from this in the spring.
Please Note:
From winter / early spring, these sundews will arrive with less leaves as they are just waking up - as pictured. By mid spring / summer they will grow much bigger like the ones pictured!
